Die Anforderungen an den modernen Schalttafel- und Anlagenbau geht heute weit über einfaches Verdrahten hinaus und setzt die Planung und Umsetzung durch einen spezialisierten Fachbetrieb voraus.
Oft ist es sogar sinnvoll direkt auf die Steuerung mit einem Computer zu setzen. Grundsätzlich müssen alle Anforderungen genau geplant, dokumentiert und auf die jeweiligen Erfordernisse abgestimmt werden. Neben dem Steuerungsbau und dem dazugehörigen Schaltschrankbau, entwickeln wir ebenfalls die dazugehörigen Lösungen für Ihre Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) oder zu Deutsch: SPS.
Dabei setzen wir auf Größen wie Siemens und seine S7 Reihe, die eine weltweite Verfügbarkeit aller dazugehörigen Komponenten gewährleisten. Bei der Automatisierung Ihrer Anlagen übernehmen wir die Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme Ihrer SPS sowie die Installation eines Prozessvisualisierungssystem (z.B. WinCC) oder exakt für Ihre Sondermaschinen zugeschnittene Lösungen.
Die Umsetzung erfolgt durch Mitarbeiter mit jahrzehntelanger Berufserfahrung, sodass Sie sich auf die Umsetzung voll und ganz verlassen können.
